About us
At Smør Cookies, we believe that food is love, especially when it comes in the form of cookies. Based in Victoria, Minnesota, we serve the Twin Cities Metro as a cottage bakery and specialize in custom-decorated sugar cookies that elevate every celebration.
Our Work
From big celebrations like weddings, birthday parties, baby showers and graduations to big moments like new jobs, babies making their way into the world or simply making it through a really tough week, we aim to share in the joy of our customers through cookies.
Our Cookies
Decorated with royal icing, our signature almond vanilla sugar cookies are delicious any time of year. We also offer gluten-free and nut-free options so that everyone can join in the celebration.
Our Baker
Mollie has loved baking since she could don oven mitts and not burn the house down. It has served as her stress relief and way of showing love for years, and she's thrilled to be able to bring that joy to you through all of life's moments, both big and small.

Per-dozen prices listed. We require a one dozen minimum per order and kindly request 2 weeks advance notice.
Fysen - up to 4 colors, 3 designs, Simple Details
Norwegians use the word Fysen when they have a craving for something, but are not sure exactly what. It's usually something to eat, and it's often something that's not very healthy.

Lillelørdag - Up to 6 colors, up to 5 designs, intermediate details
Norwegians celebrate hump day by having a pre-weekend cheat day called Lillelørdag. It's really an excuse for throwing a little party or indulging with a treat in the middle of the week.

Eventyrlysten - 6+ colors, up to 8 designs, intricate details like florals
Eventyrlysten describes people who are always ready for an adventurous experience. But it doesn't have to involve danger and risks - it can also mean that you have a desire to try something new or travel to a unique place.
